At Samawa Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains intact and the seal is not broken during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your location or provide instructions for dropping off the parcel at a nearby collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the item is unused and resaleable, we will process your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
